Folios 196-197: Thomas Holmes Tidy. [His Agent] Henry Abbott, 12 Clements Inn, Strand. Refers to a letter dated 17 January 1811 respecting the late Captain Tidy's accounts. The debt is £210 - 2s - 4.25d for HMS Goree has now been paid. As the debt was the chief obstacle in dispensing with such documents he requests that a dispensing order be issued.
