Folios 95-96: enclosure with folios 93-94. Letter dated 21 May 1811 by Arthur Batt Bingham, HMS Little Belt, at Sea. [3 page report] on an action between HMS Little Belt and the American Frigate President on the 16 May 1811. States that 32 men were killed or wounded inc the Master. Also mentions Lieutenant John Moberly? who did great work in stopping the leaks.
