Folios 199-200: George Tobin, HMS Princess Charlotte, Plymouth Sound. Reporting that John Gibbs Bird, Lieutenant, who was appointed to replace James Gresson, Lieutenant, has not yet joined. Advises that he is about to proceed to Corl as per the orders from Sir Richard Calder, and requests that the Admiralty write to him there with information on when Lieutenant Bird will join.
