Folios 191-192: George Tobin, HMS Princess Charlotte, Plymouth. Expressing concern that the Lords Commissioners should have supposed he had applied to the Navy Board in the first instance regarding two men belonging to HMS Princess Charlotte and recently discharged from HMS Abercrombie. Says he was directed by the Commander in Chief at Plymouth to state the circumstances to the Navy Board and if this was in error he regrets that he was not so advised by the Navy Board.
