Folio 283: John Tancock, HMS Curlew, Yarmouth Roads. Reports arrival with a convoy from Gottenburg [Gothenburg] as per Order by Rear Admiral Dixon on 25 November 1809. Encloses reports on the state of the ship and the condition of her crew.
Folio 284: enclosure with folio 283. James Brown, Acting Surgeon. Reports on sick and wounded on board between the 26th November and the 3rd December 1809.
Folio 285: enclosure with folio 283. Ship's defects report for HMS Curlew by the Carpenter's Mate. States the ship ran aground on Sandskrona for five hours stiking heavy rocks.
