Description

Folios 253-254: Charles Tinling, Southwold. Encloses Lieutenant John Reynolds journal from 18 to 24 April 1809 and his report that not less than six ships of War passed his Felixstow Station without taking notice of signals made to them.

Folios 255-256: enclosure with folios 253-254. Letter dated 24 April 1809 by John Reynolds, Felixstow. Journal entries covering 18 to 24 April 1809 and names four of the six ships that passed Felixstow Station without acknowledging signals.
