Folios 210-211: James Tillard, HMS Allart, Little Nore. Acknowledges receipt of Order to be in readiness to collect the convoy for Gottenburgh. Advises that Admiral Quill has provided his compliment of Able Seaman and Landsmen but he is short of a Captain of the Top and Quartermasters and their equally necessary ratings. Requests that as HMS Brunswick is to be paid off an Order be made for the twelve or fourteen men that he needs be made.
