Folios 201-202: Thomas Thrush, HMS Avon, Port Royal. Outlines the case of James Mack, who deserted 11 February 1806. An Officer reports that James and another man were left at Gibraltar as a result of HMS Avon sailing unexpectedly. The other man surrendered to the flag ship but James did not.
