Folios 260-261: William Henry Brown Tremlett, Lowestoft, Suffolk. Thanking the Admiralty for his appointment to a command at Dundee. Outlines what he feels to be his unprecedented circumstances of being made a Commander six years earlier for saving the crew of HMS Reunion but has never been able to obtain a Command or hoist any Pedant, whereas many Commanders and Post Captains junior to him have been commanding ships for some time. Asks that now his wound, which he received at the Sea Fencibles in Cromer, is fully cured he can be considered for a command afloat. Asks whether the expenses for his medical bills have been approved.
