Folios 258-259: William Henry Brown Tremlett, Lowestoft, Suffolk. Asking for reimbursement of his surgeons' bills for the period March 1805 to date for the removal of grapeshot from his right foot and care of his wounds which are now completely cured. He was injured in February 1804 while exercising the Sea Fencibles in Cromer Norfolk.
