Description

Folios 75-76: Sandford Tatham, Greenock. Requests approval for the payment of costs as outlined in the enclosed Bill of Costs drawn up by Mathew Montgomerie, Admiralty Solicitor in Edinburgh, incurred during the court case against Alexander McLean.

Folios 77-78: enclosure with folios 75-76. Letter dated 26 August 1806 by Charles Bicknell, Admiralty Solicitor, Spring Garden Terrace, London, to Mathew Montgomerie, Admiralty Solicitor, Edinburgh. Approving the Bill of Costs incurred by Sandford Tatham as correct and proper and that he can be informed that they will be paid.

Folios: 79-80: enclosure with folios 75-76. Mathew Montgomerie, Admiralty Solicitor. Bills of Costs in the cause of Sandord Tatham, Captain versus Alexander McLean, Messenger.
