Folios 71-72: Sandford Tatham. Greenock. Reporting that he has provided quarters and medical care for 14 Russians who were on board the fishing Smack Hope of London which arrived on 13 August 1806 from Iceland. She had been captured by the French Frigates La Revanche and Le Syren on 13 July 1806 and made to take on board 63 crew from various captured vessels including the men from a Russian Greenlandman. The Hope sailed from Iceland on 27 July 1806 in the company of the French Frigates who left her 28 July 1806.
