Advising that he has written to the Gentlemen on this side of the Clyde enclosing a return for them to complete on the number of fishermen in their neighbourhoods, to the Duke of Argyll for the the coast and the islands of Argylshire and to the Vice Lieutenant of Bute. Recommending the following Revenue Officers for Press Warrants: James Hamilton, HMS Prince Willian Henry; James Dowie, HMS Augustus Frederick.
