Folios 249-250: John Temple, HMS Saint Albans, Hosely Bay. Reports that he is under weigh to join Rear Admiral [Thomas Macnamara] Russell off the Texel as per orders received 16 March 1805. Reports that the compliment being only 300 which he states is inadequate and requests that it be increased as per his request 26 October 1803. Requests that an order be issued for Marines as well as a complement of Seaman to enable the ship to be properly manned. Also reports that he has no spare Sails, Topmasts or Yards, also no Surgeon's Mate and that Lieutenant G W Browne has not yet joined.
