Folios 214-215: John Temple, HMS Saint Albans, Hosely Bay. Covering letter for one from Lieutenant Smith of HMS Saint Albans enclosed [Inc.] complaining of his health not permitting him to do his duty. Requests it be put to their Lordships.
Folios 216-217: enclosure with folios 214-215. Letter dated 22 February 1805 by Thomas Smith, Lieutenant, HMS Saint Albans, Hosely Bay. Reply to letter dated 7 February 1805 to join HMS Saint Albans which he did but is so unwell that he cannot perform his duties.
