Folios 210-211: John Temple, HMS Saint Albans, Hosely Bay. Reports that Lieutenant Thomas Smith appointed 27 November 1804 has not yet joined the ship. Request he be ordered to do so or that another Lieutenant be appointed. Also requests that a Surgeon's Mate be appointed as he has been without one for ten months and the Sick List is increasing.
