Description

Folios 182-183: Francis Temple. HMS Theseus, Long Reach, River Medway. Covering letter for the papers sent to him by you on the 7 September 1805 with the column filled in [Not Inc.] according to the directions in the letter

Folios 184-185: enclosure with folios 182-183. Copy of order from Vice Admiral Sir Thomas Duckworth, HMS Shark, Port-Royal Harbour, Jamaica. Dated 3 December 1804. Appointing Mr Charles Jones Acting Lieutenant on HMS Goelan in place of Lieutenant Ives [who] is ordered to join HMS Flying Fish.

Folio 186: enclosure with folios 182-183. Copy of order from Vice Admiral Sir Thomas Duckworth, HMS Shark, Port-Royal Harbour, Jamaica. Dated 5 April 1805. Appointing Mr Charles Jones currently Acting Lieutenant on HMS Desiree to Acting Lieutenant to HMS Theseus. (Lieutenant Douglas removed to HMS Franchise).

Folio 187: enclosure with folios 182-183. Copy of order from Vice Admiral Sir Thomas Duckworth, HMS Shark, Port-Royal Harbour, Jamaica. Dated 12 February 1805. Appointing Mr Charles Jones currently Acting Lieutenant on HMS Goelan to Acting Lieutenant HMS Desiree.
