Folios 173-174: Ommanney and Druce, [17] Cecil Street Strand [Agent]. Francis Temple, HMS Tartar, HMS Theseus. Covering letter with two enclosures [Inc.] appointing Francis Temple to HMS Tartar and HMS Theseus.

Folios 175-176: enclosure with folios 173-174. Copy of order dated 16 December 1804 from Vice Admiral Sir John Thomas Duckworth, HMS Shark, Port-Royal Harbour, Jamaica. Captain Edward Hawkins HMS Theseus removed into HMS Tartar. Appointing Francis Temple Acting Captain HMS Tartar to Acting Captain HMS Theseus.

Folios 177-178: enclosure with folios 173-174. Copy of order dated 15 December 1804 from Vice Admiral Sir John Thomas Duckworth, HMS Shark, Port-Royal Harbour, Jamaica. Captain John Perkins HMS Tartar Invalided. Appointing Francis Temple Commander HMS Cerf, as Acting Captain HMS Tartar.
