Folios 151-152: Richard Thwaits, HMS Duchess of Bedford [Defence Ship], Hosely Bay. Covering letter for letter [Inc.] from Lieutenant John Watson. HMS Aggressor regarding a Lugger he has detained and sent to Harwich.
Folios 153-154: enclosure with folios 151-152. Letter dated Septermber 1805 by John Watson, HMS Aggressor, Hosely Bay. Report on the boarding of the Galloper Light Vessel, on the 8 September 1805, Her register shows her to be the Tare? of Deal, Zaccariah Powell, Master which was found to have Dutch Colours hidden on board and appeared to be heading for Flushing with smuggled cargo.
