Folios 139-140: Richard Thwaits, HMS Duchess of Bedford [Defence Ship], Hosely Bay. Covering letter for a letter from Lieutenant Blow, HMS Charger to be passed to the Admiralty.
Folios 141-142: enclosure with folios 139-140. Letter dated 17 May 1805 by John Aitken Blow, HMS Charger, Hosely Bay. Reporting that Mr Thomas Hewitt, Sub-Lieutenant of HMS Charger has been appointed to HMS Harpy and request the appointment of a replacement.
