Having been for a few days past absent with Rear Admiral Whitshed on an excursion thru part of his district, he has been prevented from sending his last weeks accounts. [Total of three sides about the payment of wages to the Sea Fencibles] - [Note on last page] Informing that Lieutenant Daniel Turk? joined the district of Galway 5 February 1804.
