Folios 263-264: James Prevost, Alderholt Park, nr Fordingbridge. Acknowledgement of letter dated 30th regarding Petition of Joseph Cassells, former Boatswain HMS Saracen requesting the"R" be removed from his name, and report on the reasons for him leaving the ship. Had submitted report 18 May that no reason was known to alter decision. Noted 7 Nov letter 18 May not received. Further note dated 8 Nov requesting copy of letter dated 18 May.
