Folios 226-227: enclosure with folios 224-225. Letter of explanation to Lords Commissioners of the Treasury in the loss of the Ulea and its cargo after its seizure, while Captain of HMS Amaranthe, in 1813.
Folios 228-229: enclosure with folios 224-225. Continuation of explanation and listing of expences incurred during the trial that was raised in Antigua, about the Ulea and its cargo. Noted with comments 31 Aug and 14 Sep by Admiralty.
