Folios 209-210: Charles Clementroy, 2 Adelphi Terrace, London. On behalf of Captain H. F. G. Pogson asking for a 12-month leave of absence to go to France. Agreed.
Folios 211-212: enclosure with folios 209-210. Appears to be an unrelated letter, from Captain James Polkinghorne, dated 26 June 1820, from 33 Duke Street, St James's. Asks that 'the enclosed Memorial and the letters that acompany it' may be laid before their Lordships. Nothing now enclosed.
