Folios 177-178: Fleetwood Broughton Reynolds Pellew, HMS Impregnable, Hamoaze.
Asks that he may be permitted to enter a young man, Mr Charles Augustus Yolland, to the ship as volunteer first class. He is 14 years old, has had a liberal education and his father is steward to the Earl of Morley. Admiralty note on rear says to grant permission, so long as Yolland senior is the earl's land steward, and not a menial servant.
