Description

Folios 168-169: Thomas Stilwell, Arundel Street, Administrator to Effects of the late Captain John Perkins, who died in Jamaica 26 Jan 1812. Had received Half Pay until 30 Jun 1808 and now requests the outstanding Half Pay due, from 1 July 1808 to 26 January 1812, to be paid by granting an Order to Dispense with the usual affadavits, to his Estate.

Folios 170-171: enclosure with folios 168-169. Letter dated 24 July 1820 by Thomas Stilwell, Arundel Street. Stating delivery to the relevant offices of all papers and books relating to accounts for HMS Tartar between 1 May 1803 and 16 Dec 1804.
