Folios 225-225A: Peter Procter, 22 Norfolk Street. Stating that his emoluments as commander of a post office packet 'arise from various uncertain contingencies' but he is quite sure that they are 'within the limit authorized for a Civil Appointment' and enclosing his affidavit to that effect.
Folio 226: enclosure with folios 225-225A. Affidavit of Commander Peter Procter dated 7 October 1819, stating that between the dates of 1 January 1819 and 30 September 1819 he had no profitable employment other than his command of the Lady Wellington, Packet Boat on the Falmouth Station, and that his emoluments for that employment do not exceed £547.10s.
