Description

Folios 252-253: John Temple, HMS Saint Albans, Horsley Bay. Enclose a copy of a letter from Lieutenant Blows on HMS Charger. The same information he has transmitted to Lord Keith.

Folios 254-255: enclosure with folios 252-253. Letter dated 27 March 1804 by John A Blow, [Lieutenant], HMS Charger. Report on the boarding of the ship Clive of New York, Enoch Conklin Master , Jacob Barker Owner, in ballast from Fecamp in France bound to Petersburgh [Petersburg].
