Agreeable to Rear Admiral Bartholomew Samuel Rowley's direction to take the necessary steps and enquire into a complaint made by Corporal Crow on the Royal Marines on HMS Charger (Gun Brig) for Ill treatment and report the results to you. [Details of his investigation, mentions the Master he complains of was interviewed by the Lieutenant and discharged from HMS Charger on 15 February 1804. Mentions Richard Nichol, Private Royal Marine.].
