Acknowledge letter dated 8 February 1804 and one from Mr Marsden dated 6 February 1804 in the case of Peter Lovell an American now on board HMS Saint Albans and transmit any documents to prove his citizenship. Enclosed [Not Inc.] the document he has produced and refer to his letter dated 9 September 1803 and 5 January 1804.
