Folios 217-218: John Temple, HMS Saint Albans, Horsley Bay. Cover letter for forty two letters [Not Inc.] taken from a Schuyt from Catwick in Holland sailing Wednesday. She has a Licence signed by Mr Secretary York dated 4 January 1804 and is in Ballast bound for London. She was detained as two passengers landed from her near Orford before HMS Adder's boat could get on board her yesterday. Requests instructions on how to deal with her. Enclosed [Inc.] a copy of the Report of Guard from Lieutenant Wood, HMS Adder.
