Folios 203-204: John Temple, HMS Saint Albans, Horsley Bay. Covering letter for a document [Not Inc.] to prove the Citizenship of Peter Lovell, said to be an American as requested in their letter dated 29 December 1803. He is one of the foreigners who he wrote about in his letter dated 9 September 1803, that wishes to enter into HM Service having been impressed and seeking the Bounty. This man now refuses that offer and wishes to be discharged.
