Folios 184-185: Francis Temple, HMS Tartarus, Harwich. Enclosing a writ [Not Inc.] regarding Charles Rutherford on HMS Tartarus. A report of this mans case, he stated to their Lordships he had reason to believe, the said Charles Rutherford, was prior to the desertion of Charles Weatherhead whose description he also forwarded.
