Folios 178-179: enclosure with folios 176-177. Letter dated 24 December 1803 by Henry Phillips, Purser, HMS Tartarus, Harwich. Reporting that the establishment allowance of necessary money, for HMS Tartarus (Bomb Vessel) is very insufficient to furnish the Articles usually supplied by the Purser.
