Folios 174-175: William Taylor, Greenwich. He is informed that an order has been issued for payment to the captors of one half of the value of the Dutch Frigate Zephier, now HMS Eurus, detained and captured by HMS Andromeda and others in Leith Roads in March 1795 and by mistake HMS Star (Sloop) then under the command of Captain The Honourable John Colville has been omitted from the order. Request he be added.
