He has no doubt that the agents English privateers will resort to bribery and any other fraudulent means so asks that they be allowed no communication with the J.P. Morrell, late commander of the Marrianne and the crew before appearing before the High Court of Admiralty. The prisoners have left the Downs and have gone to Chatham.
