Folios 549-550: John Tower, HMS Lark, Downs. Informs their Lordships that HMS Lark arrived last night to procure pilots before cruizing off Flushing. He also sends a copy of his letter to Lord Keith.
Folios 551-552: enclosure with folios 549-550. Copy dated 21 May 1803 of Captain Tower's letter to Lord Keith. He has been unable to procure a pilot as they are refusing to work because of some grievances. He will wait to hear from his Lordship.
