Folios 521: enclosure with folios 519-520. Memorial dated 19 March 1803 of Thomas Graham, Ship Owner. States that when William Byron was impressed he was on his way to take command of the Cupid.
Folios 522-523: enclosure with folios 519-520. Letter dated 14 March 1803 by Thomas Graham, Prospect Row, Mile End Row. Encloses a letter from William Byron who says that Captain Tower accepts he was on his way to take up command of the Cupid and doesn't wish to stand in his way but cannot release him without authorisation from the Admiralty.
