Description

Folios 284-285: John Temple, HMS St. Albans, Chatham. Encloses a statement of the ships progress and a letter from Lieutenant Barney. Lieutenant Garland has not yet joined.

Folios 286-287: enclosure with folios 284-285. Letter dated 16 August 1803 by John Barney, Kirby near Norwich. Illness has prevented him joining the ship.

Folio 288: enclosure with folios 284-285. Report on progress fitting out HMS St Albans, 18 August 1803.
