Description

Folios 183-184: Sandford Tatham, Greenock. Having had forwarded a claim for the cost of the employment of a pilot in Plymouth by Mr. Hamilton of the Prince William Revenue Cutter, he states that he did not authorise it. No one else needs a pilot. He also does not accept Mr. Hamilton's claims that he has made a loss regarding the victualling of his men. The allowance given to him is that for the Revenue Cutter service. It is accepted that it is less than Royal Navy allowances.
