Description

Folios 219-220: G.Pengelley, Truro.

States his agent has been unable to claim the compenstation due to him for the period 8 July 1813 - 29 March 1814 when he served as a Lieutenant on the [Sinlian?] Flotilla at Messina. He asks for a dispensation be granted.
