Folios 442-443: Sir Thomas Troubridge, Torbay. Informing that he has anchored at Torbay for a few hours to allow the strong westerly winds to pass as the rigging is new and he does not wish to risk losing a mast. He will put to sea as soon as it is past to join Admiral Lord St Vincent. Reports that the ship steers and works well and is much improved after the work on her at Portsmouth.
