Reports that having no Master at Arms appointed he would like to recommend Lewis Hallam to be Master at Arms on HMS Juste, having served as Ship's Corporal on HMS Defence and Master at Arms on HMS Canopus, and is now a supernumuary and acting as Master at Arms on HMS Juste.
