Folios 527-528: George Tripp, HMS Nassau, Blackstakes. Having expressed in 22 June 1798 that in working the ship in if the wind had blown very strong the compliment would have had great difficulty in handling the ship. He wishes to again state that in the opinion of the officers and himself the compliment should be increased to the same as similar vessels to enable safe working.
