Folios 505-506: George Tripp, HMS Nassau, Nore. Request the Admiralty to recall the order to Try Buzelia Forbes as being the author of the anonymous letter sent to him. He has evidence that Buzelia Forbes and Alexander Kerr were endeavouring to stir up a disturbance and enclose an application to have the two of them tried for these offences.
Folios 507-508: enclosure with folios 505-506. Request dated 10 March 1799 to withdraw the original charge against Buzelia Forbes and have preferred another charge against Buzelia Forbes and Alexander Kerr but request no court martial is ordered against Buzelia Forbes until their Lordships pleasure is known.
