Folios 141-142: Sandford Tatham, North Shields. Refers to a previous letter dated 12 October concerning Thomas Cloake, a deserter from HMS Montague, who was using a forged Hospital Discharge from Spanker Hospital Ship.
Folio 143: enclosed with folios 141-142. Aan account signed by Sandford Tatham of the number of men impressed during the week 2-9 November 1798.
