Acknowledging receipt of order to proceed to sea with HMS Adamant to join Admiral Adam Duncan and also to send in the state & condition of the ships in Yarmouth, He and HMS Adamant and Captain Henry Carew of HMS Swan are all held up awaiting stores to be sent from Deptford.
