Folios 503-504: George Henry Towry, HMS Diadem in the Tagus. As the William Lindsay, late Boatswain, has been invalided at Gibraltar Hospital, Admiral Sir John Jervis has granted an acting warrant to William Armstrong 28 February 1797 and Towry now wants this appointment confirmed.
