Captured ship: Advice of London (master John Pitt, owner Edward Buckeridge of London).
Capture history: an English merchant ship, bound from Sao Miguel and Terceira in the Western Isles [Azores], laden with sugar, logwood and woad; taken on 17/27 February 1673/4 by a Dutch privateer, retaken on 19 February/1 March 1673/4 by HMS Henrietta (Sir John Narborough commanding) and brought into Cowes.
