Folio 419: enclosure with folios 417-418. Official sealed warrant for Captain Tyler to the command of HMS St Fiorenzo, signed by Lord Hood on 20 February 1794.
Folios 420-421: enclosure with folios 417-418. A copy of Captain Tyler's commission to HMS Diadem, the original made by Lord Hood, 18 June 1794.
